Position:   Business Developer

Department: Business Development

<Summary>:

The Business Developer is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for the company. 

This includes conducting market research, developing and executing marketing plans, and coming up with long term strategic goals.

<Responsibilities:>

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.

·       Perform market research, technology valuations, and create marketing materials.

• Manage and conduct presentations.
• Engage, develop, and maintain relations with prospective and current business partners.
• Understand the company’s needs and develop strategic solutions to fill those needs.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends.

<Qualifications:>

• Bachelor's degree in a science, or technical field required. Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, Molecular Biology, chemistry strongly preferred.

·       Experience in business development, marketing, gene therapy or related industry highly desirable.

·       Great analytical skills and strong understanding of market research and analysis.

• Outstanding listening, verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficiency in business-level English.
