Job Title: AR Accountant

General Summary:

This position plays a role is responsible for monthly/yearly financial closing for the related AR accounts in accordance with accounting principles so that financial statements are accurately recorded.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Weekly and monthly sales and AR reconciliation by customer

• Month end Closing/ AR Settlement for customer.

• Reconciliation of cash at bank and journalizing AR collection

• Execute credit risk management and monitor continuously in order to ensure the correctness of incomes and AR recognition. in line with contract terms and the expiry date of the invoices.

• Internal control activity and reporting aged AR.

• Assist in documenting processes and aligning to standard processes/procedures across the company.

• Perform routine activities relevant to VAT filing, archiving, and filing the documents. Tax invoice issuance if needed.

Minimum Educational/Experience Requirements:

§   College or bachelor’s degree

§   3 years of working experiences in AR accounting

§   Knowledge and experience with SAP(Must)

§   Preferred working experience in FMCG or wholesale business.

§   Good interpersonal skill and verbal and written communication skills

§   High proficient in MS-Office, more importantly in Excel

§   Effective communicator with precise rule

Job may require hours that exceed 8 hours per day and/or 40 hours per week, especially when working on rush/closing period.
