Title:

· Investment Management Junior

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Conduct preliminary deal review including target’s industry in general and financials.

· Make and support Teaser and Investment Memorandum.

· Assist senior members on transactions and operations in general.

Qualifications:

· Excellency in MS office tool set.

· High proficiency in English and additional linguistic skills are preferred.

· Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

· Team-work player who is self-motivated and detail oriented.

· Punctuality and positive attitude.
