본문● Summary The Technical Consultant provides consultancy and technical guidance to customers. He/She defines and delivers card product specifications based on customer requirements ● Main Responsibilities - Provide Pre & Post-Sales support, including the analysis of the customer’s requests in terms of cards and solutions - Understand the customer technical organization - Provide Thales with market knowledge and competition - Actively able to understand the customer’s technical requirements and able to identify the possible solutions, based on Thales’s product map. - Responsible for defining the customer technical requirements and specifications he/she manages - Responsible for being the technical point of contact for customers - May be in charge of project management or engineering if no dedicated resource is assigned - May be in charge of coaching and supervising a Project Engineer ● Requirements - At least 3 years of experience in a relevant field (preferably Smartcard, Embedded Software or Services provider background, Telecom or Secure Transactions area) - Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Electronics/Engineering - Native Korean speaker with business level English - Good verbal and written communication skills - Customer and business oriented - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Good teamwork and interpersonal skills - Positive attitude - Willing to travel depending on business need |
