    Reporting to : Senior Director, Business Development (현재 공석이라 eCom director에게 직보) 


    Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
    To support profitable and sustainable market share growth for all brands (adidas & Reebok) in Asia Pacific - Korea through (a) providing strategic insights/decision supporting analysis through internal/external data synthesis (b) project/change management of business processes (c) supporting strategic business planning

     

    Key Responsibilities: 


    Market Intelligence 

    • Monitor market/consumer trends via variety of sources – build into updates for country/region leaderships reporting and strategic business planning initiatives
    • Manage 3rd party research services providing regular market & brand share updates or ad-hoc research projects
    • Active engagement with leadership and business teams in digesting market intelligence & data analytics into business decision making
    • Strong contributor to business simulations, market size estimate, brand share projection .. etc as market intelligence analyst  

     

    Project Management / Support / Communications

    • Coordinate and manage prioritization processes across markets/functions for each initiative implementation
    • Provides project administration support to ensure documentation, supporting materials, and project plans are updated and readily available for project teams and senior leaders
    • Facilitate internal and external meetings when necessary
    • Consolidate and analyze data collected from project information, compare results with baseline and communicate status to Korea SLT
    • Provide Korea SLT, APAC PMO and HQ with regular updates on project implementation progress through maintenance and development of project status reports.

     

    Change management

    • Support Korea SLT team in change management process following all major project implementation.
    • Support function leaders to build change management plans and monitor progress.
    • Communicate risks, escalate decision points and obtain required strategic direction from Korea SLT team

     

    KPIs: 

    • Delivery of regular/ad-hoc business analytics on time in full.
    • Work-stream(s), Initiative(s) achievement – Time to Completion, Resource Utilisation 
    • Contribution to the development of the overall business strategy and organisational set up
    • Qualitative feedback from Leads, Sponsors and Global Interfaces on overall project leadership, communications, problem solving, strategic influence

    • Market Sales Directors (and Sales Management Team)
    • Market Brand Directors (and Brand Management Team)
    • Asia Pacific PMO team
    • Asia Pacific work stream leads
    • Global Sales Strategy and Business Development team
    • Global Consumer Insights

     

    Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: 

    • University degree or above (MBA or other business-related qualification preferred)
    • 8~10 years of general business experience in; consumer goods/services industry or consulting/research firms with experience in cross functional/market organization level project management e.g.
    • Consumer/market research projects & services; primary/secondary
    • Initiatives/project tracking (e.g. knowledge of utilizing tracking tools)
    • Data analytics & reporting of large/variety of data set into clear storyline
    • Passion for sport/sporting goods industry
    • Fluency in both written and spoken English

     

    Knowledge/Skills and Abilities: 

    • Project and change management experience for business processes
    • Market & Consumer research projects of primary/secondary & analytics
    • Consumer goods, retailing brand/companies business value drivers & business operations
    • Data analytics in both soft and hard skills
    • Communication & influential skills of delivering new insights/changes and driving adoption
    • On time in full delivery mindset & owner mentality in driving projects
