    Sales > Key Account Group에서 Specialist(하이마트삼성전자전자랜드 등 가전 특화채널)를 담당하여 매출을 강화하고 고객사와 관계를 build up하는 포지션 입니다 

    해당 포지션은 Omni channel(고객사의 온라인채널)을 함께 담당합니다. 


    1.MISSION : Assist the Channel manager by developing and implementing business plan for Key account channel Hyper, Specialist and Omni channel with global strategy to achieve sales and profit objectives.


    2.CONTEXT: The Assistant Key Account Manager should incorporate customer and market requirements with local strategy and in this context try to maximize profitable sales opportunities.


    3.MAIN PURPOSES OF THE JOB : 

    1) Successfully negotiate Annual contract with customers. 

    - Business review with customers to show our best level of partnership. 

    - Minimize the cost and maximize sales & profit growth for the company. 

    2)Set up KAP & Reporting 

    - Develop KAP based on Global strategy and follow up & revise every month. 

    - Report monthly sales to Channel manager in time. 


    3)Maximize product assortment in respective customers by listing “Must Carry Items”, including new products lunch on time. 

    - Analyze pros & cons and set the strategy for customers, including competitors’ analysis. 

    - Present to customers and get listing with proper merchandising support.  

    4)Develop and implement Promotions with customers. 

     -Develop annual promotional calendar for customers with break through ideas. 

    - Prevent conflict with competitors’ promotions.   

    5)Share market intelligence, business issues, EDI and other market info with relevant people. 

    - Analyze EDI to understand consumer off-take and reflect to sales forecast 

    - Gather market info during store check and meeting with customers and share with Marketing or other relevant team for follow up actions necessary. 

    6)Well understand of Omni channel 

    - Omni channel develop 

    - Management of Omni channel promotion and annual promotion


    4.MAIN SKILLS REQUIRED : 

    1) University degree (4 years) with minimum 4 years of experience in sales in consumer product 

    2) Communication and negotiation skill 

    3) Understanding of the channel structure, market and customers 

    4) Good trade knowledge and relationship

    5) Self initiatives and highly independent to perform his or her activities 

    6) Analytical skill, Computer skill 

    7) English
