    JOB SUMMARY:

    • The BSM will have primary responsibility for providing IS support and project delivery to internal customer with business process and IS application knowledge and know-how.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):

    ·         Ensure that SAP and all internal system runs efficiently by working with the business to maintain current business processes and develop new system processes - resolving issues and training / supporting users as required.

    ·         Must be able to use business requirements to design solutions in system and advise the business to maximize utilization of system functionality

    ·         Supporting primarily the Retail Sales, FI/CO and MM modules of SAP, as well as associated interface with POS/SCM/DAS systems and resolving issues on-site as appropriate or working with the Global IS team to resolve issues. Will be required to support Key Users and assist in running workshops and training as required.

    • Manage all phases of the project life cycle including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support/maintenance.


    Functional/Technical Competencies:

    • Minimum 10 years’ experience SAP experience and relevant process (Mandatory)
    • Functional / technical understanding of SD, MM, FI process in SAP
    • System Process design and development experience
    • Business Consulting experience
    • Interface design and maintenance experience
    • Project/Maintenance experience with ERP/CRM/SAP BO in plus
    • SAP S/4 HANA Fashion, retail POS or AFS experience is a plus
    • At least 3 full lifecycle implementations (all phases) of SAP ECC or SAP H/4 HANA
    • Project / portfolio Management and execution
    • Business relationship management
    • Service Level Management


    Industry Experiences (Preferred but not mandatory)

    • Retails, Sports, Apparel, FMCG etc.

    Language (Must):

    • Fluent spoken and written English (Must)
